2. Maintenance:

3. Repairs:

1. Service Scope:
- The gate automation service encompasses installation, maintenance, and repairs of automated gate systems.
2. Scheduling:
- Service appointments will be scheduled in advance with the client.
- Emergency repair services may be provided upon request, subject to availability.
3. Access to Premises:
- The client must ensure that our technicians have safe and unobstructed access to the automated gate system.
- Any necessary access codes, remote controls, or keys must be provided in advance.
4. Equipment Responsibility:
- The client is responsible for the proper use of gate automation equipment between service visits.
- Any damage resulting from misuse or negligence between visits is not covered under this service.
5. Payment Terms:
- Payment for installation and maintenance services is upfront.
- Additional charges may apply for replacement parts or extensive repairs, with client approval obtained before proceeding.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
- The client must provide at least 48 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of service appointments.
- Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
7. Liability:
- Our technicians will exercise reasonable care during service visits. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing issues or unforeseen complications that may arise during the service.
