Dispute Resolution

This provision is applicable to any dispute, EXCLUDING DISPUTES RELATING TO INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF CONCERNING THE ENFORCEMENT OR VALIDITY OF YOUR OR ELITE’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. 

Notice before Arbitration 
In the event of a dispute, either you or Elite Security Solutions must provide the other party with a Notice of Dispute, which is a written statement that includes the name, address, and contact information of the party providing it, the circumstances giving rise to the dispute, and the relief sought.
