As a business registered under the Sultanate of Oman, we comply with the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). PDPL makes it mandatory for businesses to give disclosure of personal information that they are processing. Based on the aforesaid, we hereby grant you a disclosure of how your personal information with be shared with third-parties. Your use of our website signifies your consent and willingness to opt-in for processing your personal data under the PDPA. 
Affiliates and Partners. Our subsidiaries, employees, sub-contractors, service providers (such as our payment partners) and other affiliates, for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy. All our subsidiaries, employees, sub-contractors, service providers (such as our payment partners) and affiliates, are bound to follow the terms of a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that they execute with Elite Security Solutions. Additionally our employees and affiliates will be periodically trained and informed about the best privacy practices for securely handling personal data.
Service providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as service fulfillment, user support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, database management services, returns processing and risk and fraud mitigation). All such service providers (such as our payment partners) are bound to follow the terms of a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that they execute with us. 
Advertising partners. Third party advertising companies that collect information about your activity on the website and other online services to help us advertise our services, and/or use hashed user lists that we share with them to deliver ads to them and similar users on their platforms. 
Third party platforms. Social media and other third party platforms that you connect to the Service, such as when you use options to access the Service by logging into a social media platform. Please note, we do not control the third party’s use of your personal information.
The public. Other users of the Service and the public, when you disclose personal information for public use. We do not control how other users or third parties use any personal information that you make available to them. Your Rights under Oman PDPL 
The Oman Personal Data Protection Law grants you the following rights; 
Right of access: You have the right to access your personal data that is being processed by Elite Security Solutions. This includes the right to obtain a copy of your personal data and to know the purposes for which it is being processed.
Right to rectification: You have the right to request that your personal data be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erasure: You have the right to request that your personal data be erased if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if it is being processed unlawfully.
Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if you contest the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful, or if you have objected to the processing.
Right to object to processing: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or for other purposes that are not necessary for the performance of a contract or for compliance with a legal obligation.
Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have it transferred to another controller.

Right to complain: You have the right to complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) if you believe that your personal data has been processed in violation of the PDPL.

Security Practices 
The security of your personal information is important to us. We employ a number of organizational, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Elite Security Solutions shall notify you in the event of a breach of personal data, which leads to its destruction, alteration, disclosure, access, or unlawful processing within 24 hours of a data breach incident and will notify MTCIT about the breach with immediate effect. 
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, such as satisfying any legal, accounting, reporting requirements or to provide you with our service. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether those purposes can be achieved through alternative means, and the applicable legal requirements. 
All our data protection mechanisms are audited by an external auditor evaluated by MTCIT.

This Privacy Statement only applies to our Services. The Services may contain links to websites that Elite Security Solutions does not operate or control. We are not liable for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites, nor do we investigate, monitor, or verify the accuracy or completeness of such websites. Please note that when you click on a link to leave the Services and visit another website, our Privacy Statement no longer applies. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those to which we provide a link, is subject to that website's own rules and policies. Such third parties may collect information about you using their own cookies or other means.

Changes to this Policy 
We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to this Privacy Policy so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies.
