Device data and Log Information: such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, IP address, the website you visited before browsing our site, and general location information such as city, state or geographic area. We will also retain your browser type and version, as well as your login information (date of registration, date of last password change, and date of last successful login).

To determine location, we employ multiple technologies, including IP address, GPS, Wi-Fi access points, and mobile towers. Your location data enables you to view most relevant job listings near you. When we require access to your location data, we will first display a pop-up requesting your permission to access your location data. If you do not grant us access to your location data, you will still be able to use our services, but with fewer features. If you grant us access to your location data, you can change your mind at any time and disable the permissions related to location sharing.
• Online activity data, such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, and duration of access.
Referrals: Users of the Service may have the opportunity to refer friends or other contacts to us. If you are an existing user, you may only submit a referral if you have permission to provide their contact information to us so that we may contact them. We will accept no liability from a third-party

• Provide, operate and improve the Service by identifying bugs and releasing updates;
• establish and maintain your User account to access the Service;

How we share your Personal Information
As a business registered under the Sultanate of Oman, we comply with the Oman Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). PDPL makes it mandatory for businesses to give disclosure of personal information that they are processing. Based on the aforesaid, we hereby grant you a disclosure of how your personal information with be shared with third-parties. Your use of our website signifies your consent and willingness to opt-in for processing your personal data under the PDPA.
Service providers. Companies and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Service or our business (such as service fulfillment, user support, hosting, analytics, email delivery, marketing, database management services, returns processing and risk and fraud mitigation). All such service providers (such as our payment partners) are bound to follow the terms of a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that they execute with us.
Advertising partners. Third party advertising companies that collect information about your activity on the website and other online services to help us advertise our services, and/or use hashed user lists that we share with them to deliver ads to them and similar users on their platforms.
Third party platforms. Social media and other third party platforms that you connect to the Service, such as when you use options to access the Service by logging into a social media platform. Please note, we do not control the third party’s use of your personal information.
The public. Other users of the Service and the public, when you disclose personal information for public use. We do not control how other users or third parties use any personal information that you make available to them. Please be aware that any information you post publicly can be cached, copied, screen captured or stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines) before you have a chance to edit or remove it.
Professional advisors. Professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us. All our professional advisors are bound to follow the terms of a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that they execute with Elite Security Solutions.
Authorities and others. Law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate to comply with law or for the compliance, fraud prevention and safety purposes described above.

Marketing E-mails and Cancellations
By submitting your email address on this website, you agree to receive emails from us. You can cancel your participation in any of these email lists at any time by clicking on the opt-out link or other unsubscribe option that is included in the respective email. We only send emails to people who have authorized us to contact them, either directly, or through a third party. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails, because we hate spam as much as you do.

Your Rights under Oman PDPL
The Oman Personal Data Protection Law grants you the following rights;
Right of access: You have the right to access your personal data that is being processed by Elite Security Solutions. This includes the right to obtain a copy of your personal data and to know the purposes for which it is being processed.
Right to rectification: You have the right to request that your personal data be corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erasure: You have the right to request that your personal data be erased if it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if it is being processed unlawfully.
Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted if you contest the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful, or if you have objected to the processing.
Right to object to processing: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes or for other purposes that are not necessary for the performance of a contract or for compliance with a legal obligation.
Right to data portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to have it transferred to another controller.
Right to be informed: You have the right to be informed about the collection and processing of your personal data. This includes the right to be informed about the purposes for which your data is being processed, the categories of data being processed, the recipients of the data, and the duration for which the data will be stored.
Right to complain: You have the right to complain to the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology (MTCIT) if you believe that your personal data has been processed in violation of the PDPL.
The security of your personal information is important to us. We employ a number of organizational, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information. Elite Security Solutions shall notify you in the event of a breach of personal data, which leads to its destruction, alteration, disclosure, access, or unlawful processing within 24 hours of a data breach incident and will notify MTCIT about the breach with immediate effect.
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, such as satisfying any legal, accounting, reporting requirements or to provide you with our service. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether those purposes can be achieved through alternative means, and the applicable legal requirements.
All our data protection mechanisms are audited by an external auditor evaluated by MTCIT.
